I started from scratch, I only had a passionate desire to make my dream come true. As a child I dreamed of being an evening gown designer. 
I worked without counting the days and effort, gaining experience each time, making mistakes and making even better ones again. Every time I created dress designs and patterns I imagined myself in the bride's shoes, asking myself the question "Would I be comfortable?" Then I tried it on myself and felt it in reality. 
Each time when I serviced our wholesale clients I asked myself "How would I feel comfortable choosing dresses for my salon? An online store, or PDF files?" 

 

This principle helped me achieve a very high level of quality and service in my company.
